Also, am I the only one who no longer expects Kleiza to hit open 3s?

Kenyon better get healthy. Petro can position himself well under the basket, but watching him rotate makes me nervous.

How is JR not in the discussion for 6th man of the year? Let’s hope he’s turned the corner to consistency.

    Finish it, Nuggs!

    Sonny weems with the jumper!

  • runningdonut

Way to take care of business Nugs.

At Minnesota on the back to back could be a trap, or tough at least. Also, Sonny Weems is pretty stacked. Haven’t seem much of him but I didn;t think he was that huge. Yeah Sonny!

Business as usual. Great work fellas

Good win. I will be most impressed if they can win @ Minne tomorrow.

Just to confirm: We have won 51 games and 11 of our last 12. What a spectacular turnaround from our early March misery. Thank you Nuggets.

Completely agree Josh. I was thinking just a moment ago how for 70 some games already played I can still taste that near implosion as fresh as if it were yesterday. But I can also taste the coming out victory against the Celtics back in February. Great job guys, LETS GO NUGGETS!

Man, this game tonight is large. Win and we’re either THREE games up on the Blazers with 4 games to play; or we’re 2 games up on them and have effectively eliminated the Rockets as a threat. And if the Cavs can hold on against the Spurs, we’d be 2 games up on them (although only 1 in the loss column).

It’s really amazing, going back since Karl got here the Nuggets have basically *always* finished strong. The rap against him that first season was that he’d bring a team to life immediately but then within a few years, it would all end in tears and recrimination. And let there be no doubt, another first-round playoff exit this year could mean exactly that. But on the verge of the greatest regular season in team history … with “Fire George Karl” actually changing its name … with a floor leader like Chauncey and a happy Melo and great performances on a nightly basis by JR and Birdman with a healthy Nene. This is just a great story right now in the NBA. And the best part is, we’re the only people who seem to appreciate it!

ooh, the ABC crew just called the Nuggets a “winnable playoff series” for Dallas. GRRRRR!
