New York Knicks at Denver Nuggets Game Thread

Unfortunately some things have come up and it looks like they will prevent any members of the RMC staff from being able to catch the game in full tonight and provide a recap. Please leave any thoughts you have before, during and after the game. Also I will be Tweeting for the first quarter or so, so please follow me on Twitter for that. Thank you and enjoy the game.

    We’re playing very sporadic defense and a few of our guys are having meh games and are still up eight. Hope it doesn’t come back to bite us. It feels like we should be up fifteen.

    This is more fun to watch than blowing out the Hornets & Mavericks in the playoffs. Get to watch isolation plays for Melo and JR’s off balance jumpers without grimacing.

    Gallo’s shot is really bad lately. But he doesn’t look hurt. I mean his free throws are perfect, he is attacking the paint, his defense is great. But his shot is just bad. I’ve never seen him shoot this bad while being healthy. I mean he looks healthy. Maybe he isn’t, but again he is looking great and his shot doesn’t look bad. Just isn’t falling. Hope nothing is up with him and his shot starts falling again.

    70-44. Freaking loving this game. Oh, your knee hurts miss melo diva? Poor baby. Go quit and go back to your locker room. As with the Nuggets, I guarantee the Knicks start playing better now (Ewing theory shoutout.)

    Is Denver seriously not going to get tacos? Three points in the fourth quarter? I know we won, but Karl should have called a time out when Knicks when on a mini run due to our uninspired play. No reason this shouldn’t be a thirty point blowout.

    We need to beat Memphis and hope Utah beats them as well. We want to avoid Clippers in the first round even with home court. They’ll get a hell of a lot of calls during a seven game series.

    What are the odds the four letter network talk about Denver more than five seconds this time?

      Not good. That 4 letter network loves to talk about how our “up and down style” won’t translate to the playoffs. Forget any credit coming Denver’s way from that network until we have what they consider a “superstar”.
